For this project with Anomaly for Nordstrom, my role was to storyboard and plan out animated elements in a series of “thread” based animated shorts.

The idea being that the threads which stitch together the fabric of Nordstrom’s various styles and brands are also the threads which connect the modern woman to her wardrobe and lifestyle. I worked minimally with these to match the style of designer Clea Lala, creating the following animatic, gifs and storyboards:
